The frequently asked questions section contains the most frequently asked questions and the best solutions and we advise that you check it first. If you are still unable to resolve your issue, feel free to submit a ticket to the Customer Service. We will be glad to help you out.

If you need to make a change to an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been confirmed any changes may delay your delivery date
It’s fine to change your mind; you are able to cancel an order, by contacting us. If you’ve already had delivery and you’ve changed your mind, simply request a collection. Full details can be found in the Shop Online returns policy.
TEVRA complies fully with the Distance Selling Regulations you may cancel at any time before delivery by logging in to the order tracker or by contacting us with your order details, after receiving your goods we understand you need time to consider your purchase, if you would like to cancel within 14 days of receiving your items, you may contact us for collection.
We accept payment through PayPal only, the quickest and safest payment method. We do not accept any other payment methods, e.g. Cheques, Postal orders.
We sometimes need to hire other companies to help us provide our services. We limit the information we give them, to ensure this is only used for the fulfilment of your order. They are strictly monitored by TEVRA in order to make certain our customer privacy is always protected.
